The live BFV refund and shipping page currently reads like a generic store template rather than a tailored BFV policy. It references 30-day returns, unused items in original packaging, proof of purchase, inspection before refund approval, and customers covering return shipping costs.
I have reflected the fact that this content exists on the live site, but it clearly looks like placeholder policy copy that should be properly rewritten for BFV.
